We try to respond to all inquiries the same (business) day they are received. We will respond within 2 (two) business days. We will normally respond by e-mail. If you prefer a response by phone or mail, please indicate your preference in your correspondence to us.

Once received customer project idea, Designer will start to make prototypes .Artwork will send to buyer for approval (by email or FTP)
> Prototype approved
Once approved by buyers, initial sample will be made and finished in one week.
Teamera send 2pc sample to buyers for their approval (by postal, postage will be absorbed by customer)
> Initial sample approval
Teamera will prefer to get customer’s approval form by e-mail. | | ****Teamera will E-mail the courier tracking number and photos to buyer on each parcel. | | | | 2. | PO Receving | | | > Review PO
Review the PO in details.
Teamera will be sign and stamp the PO, We will ask to revised PO if there is any modification required.
> The required testing (specific testing) should be stated in PO | | | | 3. | Testing | | | > Review Test Protocol
Teamera review full set of updated version protocol
Pre-test should be recommended for some critical test (e.g. lead content, Phthalates, etc.)
> Testing charge
Testing charge should be absorbed by customer if there is no advanced info.
> Testing Samples
Testing samples will be provided under customer’s instrument, free charge

Teamera general leading time is about 25-30 days against PO confirmation date
> Final Inspection (Required for each item and each shipment)

Teamera will send shipment notice 7 days prior ex-factory date
> Shipment Document
Shipping document will be e-mailed within 7 days after the sailing date | | | | 6. | Payment | | | We accept L/C at sight,30% down payment against PO,full payment should be paid in 7 days against shipping document e-mail date.
Other payment term will be accept based on quota from Export Credit Insurance Company
All prices and payments are in U.S dollars. | | | | 7. | Our Guarantee | | | We guarantee our products and items to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. We will replace free of charge if notified within (60) days of receipt of your order. Or a full cash refund should you be dissatisfied with them for any reason. Simply return any unsatisfactory item within sixty (60) days | | | |
